Recent 1776 Hotel Williamsburg Review: "This is an excellent value for anyone spending time in Colonial Williamsburg. The historic distric is less than a mile from the hotel. Restaurants are very close within a mile or so. Very clean even though it is a little dated. The only drawbacks are the bathroom is small and the breakfast is pretty much standard for a budget hotel. Overall stay here,  save some money and spend it on a good evening meal."
