Recent Howard Johnson Williamsburg Review: "I have to give a big KUDOS to this motel. We planned at vacation to Busch Gardens and after being there all day, needless to say, we were ready to get to the motel and lay down. We got lost finding the motel that night. It was 10:30pm and we were so tired. After calling the motel numerous times for directions, we finally got there. The attendant was sooo super nice. She helped with directions down every street and every turn. Wouldn't have gotten there without her. The directions on mapquest were a lil off. The correct exit was 243 not 231. I wanted to say thank you so much staff for helping us! Once we got there, our king size room we had reserved was being renovated so we were upgraded to a suite equipped with a jacuzzi! What a surprise! That was so nice to get in after a long day!!!! The next morning we missed the checkout time and didn't wake up until well past 11am. They kindly called out room and asked if we were staying another night. I apologized and said we had overslept. She assured me that was fine and we could have an add'l hr. Thank you so much! It was a wonderful experience. I would recommend this motel to anyone. The service was superb! There were renovations going on during our stay but we never heard a thing!"
