| The hotel was clean and in a good location. The receptionists were very polite and courteous. We stayed at the 4th floor but on our way to the room, the air was hot along the aisles. The room was cool though but at night, the compressor of the air conditioner was too loud. It sometimes woke me up and my husband. |

| excellent for the price, beds very very soft, inside pool area could be cleaner and the temp. is about 85 degrees; so wear tank & shorts if not getting into the pool |

| Staff was great! They were so friendly! They were more than helpful and accomodating. Room was kept clean though air conditioner was a bit noisy...but worked fine. Pool area should be updated but the kids loved it! All in all it was a nice place especially for the price. Plus we were five minutes from everywhere. Would definitely stay there again. |

| We reserved two smoking rooms . We requested each room have two beds and that they were joined. We checked in on a Sunday and Tuesday night we were informed that we were not in smoking rooms. We had to move to smoking rooms or pay an extra fee to stay in the current rooms. The first rooms were much nicer. The smoking rooms were not joined. The sink leaked in the smoking rooms. We requested extra pillows early Wednesday morning from houskeeping. We left for the day and when we returned that evening no pillows. We called the desk and were told they could not deliver any pillows because they were the only person working. The swimming pool was okay, There was food under one of the tables by the pool and it had ants crawling all over the area. The hot tub was scummy. One of the freezers in the room had someones left over ice cream in it.. The staff at the front desk were friendly. The lobby was very clean. There is no air conditioning in the halls. There were three ice machines and one was broken. |

| Everything was fine in this hotel except for the bed. The mattress was too hard and the pillows were too flat. Other than that, it had everything we needed including a mini fridge, microwave, and close proximity to a Starbucks! |

| We had 2 rooms. One was fine; the air conditioning system in the other was broken and could not be fixed. A new room was assigned. It was fine except that the refrigerator did not cool things sufficiently. Overall, the hotel was nice, and the staff at Registration and in the restaurant were very pleasant. The maintenance and housekeeping staff just ignored us -- that was OK.
And the day we left, the indoor swimming pool was not open by checkout (11 a.m.). Overall, however, the hotel was very pleasant, and we would be happy to stay there again. |

| We stayed here so we would be close to Colonial Williamsburg and Virginia Beach. The price was very reasonable, it said newly updated. The rooms were not as clean or updated as I expected. The bathroom remodel was completed by placing a new one on top of the old one and laying new tile over the old tile in the shower. The beds were comfortable, but there were stains on the comforter. The air conditioners worked well after a day out in the sun. The swimming pool was good sized, but needed repairs. The lobby was the newest thing in the whole hotel, with a bar in the front. The weight room had a good assortment of equipment, husband had a good workout. Not too bad of a hotel, but not good either. The workers seem to try hard to please guests, but wouldn't stay there again. |
