Recent Marriott Williamsburg Review: "This hotel is (literally) just a hop and a skip from Busch Gardens Williamsburg. The lobby was wonderfully lit with bright crystal chandeliers. Everything was clean and in impeccable order. The front guest staff were attentive and kind and had us checked in, in under 1 minute! Bell Hops are usually provided, but we arrived late (11pm) so we carted our  bags ourselves-no problem at all. Our room was immaculate. Crisp clean sheets, everything smelled fresh. The only problem we encountered is it felt like an ice box as the AC was on High. We actually turned it off and just left the fan on Low and that was enough to keep the room comfortable for the night. The beds were so comfy! Pillow top mattress-felt like sleeping on a cloud! Mini fridge and microwave in the room were a welcome surprise. Bathroom was spotless with tons of plush towels and lots of shampoos and creams-in case you forgot your own. Breakfast in the morning was inexpensive and delicious! They had a full buffet with tons of options for everyone, including a chef making omlets to order. The wait staff were some of the nicest I have ever encountered, and I have dined at some of DC's finest restaurants. They went the extra mile to make you feel like a VIP. The game room, while small, was a nice extra. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely reccommend this hotel to others!"
