| We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was friendly and very helpful. My only comment is that this hotel is over due for a complete renovation. |

| We found the Marriott to be an incredible deal! They are extremely friendly and helpful. And of course the hotel itself was impeccable. Our only complaint is that the floor of the pool is rough. |

| We were very impressed with the service at this hotel. They went above and beyond. Our children loved the jacuzzi and the hotel was very close to Busch Gardens. Our only negative comments are that the pool water was cold, and if you used wireless in your hotel room, you had to pay extra. |

| The location of this hotel to Busch Gardens is phenomenal—you can't get any closer! The hotel itself is very pretty and in a nice area (near a golf resort). The room we reserved through hotels. com was a king bed and after booking the room I called The Marriott to follow up and make sure we got exactly that. The front desk person looked up my reservation and said "yes, you have a room reserved with a king bed." When we checked-in however, we received a room with double beds and left over pizza in the refrigerator. The front desk supervisor argued with me about a "request" versus a "reservation" and that he had no more rooms available. I had to explain that I was the customer and he should do something for an inconvenience that was not my mistake. We were given a free breakfast for the next day and complimentary wine for the dirty refrigerator. I am iffy about staying at this location again since the front desk were not very customer friendly or savvy. The one other brightside to our stay was breakfast the next morning — pretty good food and the staff at the restaurant were lovely and helpful. |

| My family and I stayed for a long weekend. Great location for visiting Colonial Williamsburg, shopping and Busch Gardens. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby was beautiful, but sorry to say the rooms need to be updated. A very big drawback for my husband was the internet service. The service was free in the lobby area, but in room service incurred a daily charge. |

| Often times I need a getaway and travel to the Langley area to relax. Great location because its close to the main highway, its between Williamsburg for a shopping and the beach. This was my 1st time at this Marriott. I was very pleased with the service, clean and comfortable room, beautiful entrance, and, most of all, I was comfortable saying alone. The loved relaxing after a long drive in the hot tub. I will go again. |

| This hotel has a mix of updated rennovations, but still has old televisions and crappy movies. That's ok though, because the service at he front desk and all the restaurans was EXCELLENT! I was there by myself and every employee I encountered was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. My tub did not drain one morning, but as soon as I called, they sent a maintenance person to my roon and the problem was fixed immediately. Way to go Marriott for an excellent hotel. |
