| I stayed at the Omni with my husband and two children because we were having our house painted and our children has asmtha and can not tollorate the smell, however the Hotel seemed to be very clean and comfortable. The only compliant I have was that the pool was closed for renovation so that was a disappointment to my children and they do not offer some form of continential breakfast and most importantly the maid did not put clean sheets on our beds for our second nights stay. The charge for room service was very unreasonable. $15 is too much for a breakfast that includes toast, cereal and juice. |

| Great Hotel! The staff were very friendly an courteous, the rooms exceptionally clean, the bed was a king size and very comfy. The only complaint has to be the overly expensive meals served in the resturant. |

| We got a wonderful price for a terrific hotel. The staff was very friendly. We ended up staying two extra nights because of the convenience. The room was large with 2 big windows and a very comfortable "cloud" bed.
My only complaints were the pool and fitness center are being renovated so they are closed. I think this should have been mentioned on the website. Also, the decorating is a bit outdated. If these 2 things were dealt with, it could be a 4 or 5 star. |

| We were very surprised at the quality of the room for the price. We have reserved a room on line before and been very disappointed. But like I said when we got there we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. |

| We love to stay at the Omni when swim meets take us to Newport News. The Staff is friendly and helpful, the restaurant is terrific, the pool is fun, and it is close to shopping and dinning. Rooms are comfortable and neat. The comforters on the beds are thick, warm and well maintained. Rooms are in good repair and wifi was free the first 24 hours (of course I would like it free for my whole stay). I did hear that the pool will be under repair for upgrades for most of March 2012-ask before booking if this is important to you. |

| The hotel was in a great location near the interstate.
The staff was friendly and very helpful I would love to

| We found our recent stay at the Omni Newport News one of the most satisfying hotel experiences of our lives. I was scheduled for eye surgery at the Hampton Roads Eye Associates next door to the hotel for 7:50 a.m. and we had a two hour drive to get there. This way we had a good sleep, an elegant dinner, an enormous breakfast, and checked in to the doctor at 7:40 a.m. Everyone was wonderful. |

| The price I paid was excellent, the room was very pleasant, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was very nice, and respectful. All in All i loved my stay, and was very pleased. My only complaint was the wall paper was peeling off in certain sections of the room. But with all the extra benefits, it made it all worth the say. |
