| We enjoyed our stay at Point Plaza and thought that all of the staff were very friendly. After the initial 3 night stay we tacked on an additional 8 more nights.The breakfast was very good but could have had more day to day variety. |

| My stay at Point Plaza was okay i stayed three nights for my birthday weekend. When I arrived I was told that the room I booked which was King Non Smoking was not avaliable but when I booked online it was, so they put me on a smoking King. The room was spacious could be more updated with furniture and t.v The DVD doesnt work, and they dont inform you that you must request a DVD remote control. The sheets on bed I had to call and request to be changed. The breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Overall it was satisfying for the price. |

| NEEDS A OVERHAUL BUT GTRET PLACE FOR THE PRICE BOTH LOCKS (BOLTS) ON ROOM WAS BROKEN TOILET WAS ONGOING PROBLEM AND THE HOTEL NEEDS TO EXPLAIN HOW THINGS WORK LIKE SWITCH FOR SAFE TO WORK THOUGHT IT WAS BROKEN FOR DAYS THEN QUIRKS TO MAKE ITEM WORK. |

| We absolutely loved our stay here.. although the rooms aren't quite what is pictured on the website.. they are large and spacious and clean! The indoor pool was amazing to have at our disposal as well as the outdoor grilling area and breakfast buffet each morning.. we would recommend this hotel to everyone especially for the price! We will return. Also the hotel staff was the best i've ever encountered.. so helpful and sweet. It was our sons fifth bday and they helped make it most memorable!! Thank you PointPlaza! |

| During our recent visit for Parent's Weekend at CNU, we stayed at the Point Plaza hotel and throughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The building itself was nicely maintained and a full hot breakfast was available. Also, the hotel location is convenient to the CNU campus and other local attractions. Great value and we will stay here again. |

| Well I guess I thought the Tower rooms would be in a tower, and I guess they were but tower is only 3 or 4 floors high, and our room was on the 1st floor by the elevator. I had requested 2 king rooms but ended up with 2 rooms with 2 doubles each, not my cup of tea! We heard noise of people coming in at all hours of the night and elevators and music playing loud. Only way to muffle the sound was by turning on the a/c which was SO loud!? I was diagnosed with bronchitis while I was down there and so was running fever and really needed to sleep! The indoor pool looked very nice. Breakfast was also very nicely presented although hard to find a table! |

| Hotel is conveniently located from airport and cities attractions. I would stay there again for just a quick two day or overnite stay, hotel served its purpose. If you are looking for luxurious amenities not the one. The breakfast bar was good incentive to enhance stay. |

| There are still some kind people left on this earth .Thank you (Tawanna) for helping carry my bags to the room and getting me some ice. I was so distraught when I got there fron the train and the bus I thought that I was going to have a break down. Again thanks to your wonerful staff that made me as comfortable as they did. I will being staying there the next time that I come down. Thank You All Again For You Beauutiful Warm Hosopitality |
