| Found Roaches in the bed. The rooms didnot have clean towels. The refrigerator had mold in it. |

| We wanted an inexpensive place to hang our hats while visiting the attractions in Williamsburg. The hotel was sufficient for that purpose. We reserved two rooms, and they were comfortable enough. One of the rooms had a musty odor, but when I asked for room freshener at the front desk, they sent a housekeeping person right away to spray the room with a product that helped. The stairway and walkway leading to our second floor room was filled with cobwebs and cigarette buts. It should have been swept and perhaps hosed down more often, and was a definite turn off. The pool was clean, and we did use it. Overall, we got our money's worth. |

| Close by the colonial area, and a short drive to the amusement parks. The hotel is run down, with peeling wall paper etc. - but our room (209) was clean and quite adequate. No problems with insects in our room. The air conditioner in our room worked great, and Ed (the guy who checked us in) is friendly and informative.
My kids reported that they felt safe there. The hotel is close by an active rail road track and we heard a few passing trains - but nothing extraordinarily bad in terms of noise. |

| Safe, quiet, and close to history. What else you need? True the hotel is a bit run down, but the rest room is clean, the AC unit works, and the rate is reasonable. |

| it is nice hotel located very near to bush Garden and Water Country park and bus facility is also available to both park for only $1.25 if you want to save 12 $ for parking at both park.
It's value for mony and coffe and juice is available 24 hr free of cost
It's vlue for mony for budget class hotel |

| The manager was very helpful to us concerning our room, giving us coupons for meals close by, and nice to our puppy. We enjoyed our stay! |

| We were allowed to check in before their posted check in time, THANK YOU! The pool was wonderful, the staff was very pleasant and accomidating. We asked for extra time beyod the check out time and were told to take our time. The room was clean and their coffee machine was AWESOME! It make Lattes, Mochas, Hot Chocolate, Espresso . . you name it, they had it! The building was old and warn, but a great value! Conviently located near Busch Gardens and Water Country USA, and many dining facilities. |

| Good hotel for the price. Nice location about halfway between Busch Gardens and the outlets. The room wasn't vacuumed between nightstand & bed or behind tables but the sheets and bathroom were clean. Service was friendly and helpful. |

| For the price, you can't beat it. We stayed for two nights and it suited our needs perfectly. Definitely not the nicest accomodations, but when you're short on cash, beggars can't be choosers! |
