Recent Williamsburg Hospitality House Review: "Staff and facilities well above average. Food services outstanding. Room clean and very comfortable. Garage under ground and felt safe .The hotel was well maintained in all ares. All the staff was friendly and well above the normal expectations . I was there 30 years ago and it seems as if it is still the same. I would highly recommend this lodging  to friends and the prices are acceptable in all aspects. We were totally pleased with our stay and plan to return soon.The historical area was overpriced and below expectations. Food in historical area was poor and considerably overpriced. The overall experience was a lot of fun. The christmas decorations were sadly below past years. If you are not a historical buff the the tours are extremely DULL. We left the tour of the palace rather than be bored to death with overacting . There should be tours for those who have no interest in history and short of time except to see the buildings and past lifestyles. The passes are a total waste of money and time."
